At Wafa Lock Company, we take pride in the quality of our smart locks and custom locking solutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following reasons:

Products arrived damaged or defective

Incorrect model or item shipped (e.g. different smart lock version than ordered)

Functional issue reported within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:

Products customized under OEM/ODM agreements (unless faulty)

Damage caused by improper installation or use

Claims made after 30 days from delivery
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Return shipping must be arranged by the buyer unless product was defective upon arrival
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned smart lock is received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange for the same model or a product of equal value.
5. For Wholesale and OEM Orders
For bulk or custom orders, our return policy may differ based on your contract. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact your account manager.
